The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment has been completely renovated in August 2015. The Okendo I apartment has two bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms and a spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area. The master suite also has a TV. Both bedrooms and the living room have direct access to french balconies overlooking Bengoetxea Street. Each french balcony boasts a beautiful side view to Plaza Okendo!!
