This 1 bedroom penthouse has sun all day. One big L-shaped balcony facing south and west on the top floor. Feeling hot? You can take a cold shower on the balcony.
The apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning, WIFI and cable TV. Furthermore there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed (160x200 cm).
Ofcourse there is a bedroom and bathroom.
In the garage you have a private parking spot.
The beach or Praia da Rocha is 700 meters away. Nearby you will find a small supermarket, some cafes for your morning coffee. A bakery, Pizzaria and Hamburgeria are nearby as well.
The apartment is situated in Encosta da Marina, this is a calm residential neighborhood.
