Detached house in Castillo 13 street

The house is located in a pedestrian square in the surroundings of the historic center of Cáceres 150 meters from the Plaza Mayor. It is a two-storey house, of 50 useful square meters each, built in 1900 and rehabilitated in 2019 respecting the typical Extremaduran architectural elements such as vaults and using traditional materials. At 100 meters there is a public parking guarded 24 hours a day with a daily cost of 12.50 euros.
Services and common areas:
The ground floor houses an entrance and vaulted kitchen along with the living room and a patio. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils (microwave, coffee maker, toaster ...) and a table for four people. The patio has a table and four chairs to enjoy the sunsets and the sound of the bells of Santa Maria. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms with private bathrooms each. One of the rooms has a small balcony overlooking the old part and the other with dressing area and a window with lots of natural light.
