Detached house in Castillo 13 street
The house is located in a pedestrian square in the surroundings of the historic center of Cáceres 150 meters from the Plaza Mayor. It is a two-storey house, of 50 useful square meters each, built in 1900 and rehabilitated in 2019 respecting the typical Extremaduran architectural elements such as vaults and using traditional materials. At 100 meters there is a public parking guarded 24 hours a day with a daily cost of 12.50 euros.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils (microwave, coffee maker, toaster ...) and a table for four people. One of the rooms has a small balcony overlooking the old part and the other with dressing area and a window with lots of natural light.
