About this property

As we arrive to Aguas Blancas, one of the most beautiful places in the north of the island surrounded by fruit and pine trees. Near to this small road you will find this villa of 300m2 built on a plot of 15,000m2. A completely fenced house that has a big entrance with capacity for several cars.
Main floor:
The house has a living room with fireplace and TV (only Spanish channels), dining room with a table for 8 people. Access to the covered porchewith sofas and table.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric heater, table..etc.
2 double bedrooms with two single beds each of 90x180.
Bathroom with bathtub.
Upper Floor:
Master bedroom with double bed 2x2, en suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace with hammocks.
All bedrooms have airconditioning
Outside:
8x4 pool, 6 sunbeds, parasol, BBQ area, with table for 8 people
NO satellite TV
WIFI, Cot, high chair, safe, fans and dryer
Cleaning Complete every 7 days, including change of sheets and towels

Wonderful stay at Villa Aguas Blancas!

Good communication, very clean, nice and quiet location! The kitchen of the house is not fully equipped for six guests.

Nice property near Sant Carlos

Easy communication and check in / out process. The house was as the pictures with a great view. many nice restaurants around Sant Carlos . Amazing sunrise from the terrace

August stay

Everything at the house was great. Couldn’t fault it as a rental. The shopping service was really good. I do think it was overpriced for what I normally pay for villas of the same size and standard on the island. Not sure if that was something to do with covid. But really that is the only negative I found.
