House of Ibiza style located in the center of the island, between the villages of Santa Gertrudis and San Rafael. It is an area of ​​scattered houses.
The house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are three rooms inside the house, one of them with own bathroom, tv and ceiling fan. Two more rooms in the interior of the house or share a bathroom. The fourth room is on the outside of the house, separated from the main terrace and has tv, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom and refrigerator. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The house is an old Ibizan building completely refurbished, which preserves the original walls of more than 60cm of thickness so that although the outside of the house is warm the interior is always kept fresh.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, with exit to the main terrace that at the same time gives access to the exterior room.
2 terraces, one main with access from kitchen and living room and another with a seating area, with access from one of the bedrooms.
There is a barbecue in front of the main terrace.
