A few km from Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, I rent on my property in Montolieu "village of the book"; located between Toulouse and the Mediterranean in the heart of the Cabardes and Minervois vineyards, 45 minutes from Narbonne, its natural park and its beaches; as well as 15 minutes from the lakes of the black mountain, in a 3000m2 domain surrounded by nature, a wooden chalet for 4 people, all new comfort with two fitted bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a TV screen dish with a bench seat. A bathroom with shower and separate WC. A semi covered terrace and awning, garden and private parking, barbecue, view of the swimming pool. Private spaces and privacy are respected.
