Stunning, recently renovated, family-friendly home with lots of style, all mod cons and plenty of space (2650 square feet).
The ground level consists of a large family room/media room, with movie projector & screen, and half bathroom. The room opens up via a retractable glass wall to a garden with dining area for 10, BBQ and fire pit.
On the main level you will find the open plan kitchen/living/dining room and one bedroom with en suite bathroom. The gourmet kitchen has modern appliances and all the amenities needed to cook up a simple or extravagant meal. The dining table seats 10 and the living room has a remote-controlled fireplace for any chilly San Francisco nights.
The second level consists of two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and a sliding glass door that leads to the huge roof deck with 180-degree views of Bernal Hill, Twin Peaks, Downtown skyscrapers, and Potrero Hill.

Situated in Bernal Heights, the house is just steps from family-friendly Precita Park and its stylish cafe. The nearby 24th St and Mission St areas both present vibrant cultural hubs of stores, restaurants, and bars. Bernal Heights Park offers the best city views a few minutes' walk away. We are convenient for all forms of transport (Bart, Muni, Caltrain, 101 & 280) and just 12 mins ride from SFO airport.
