Quiet place, space for the family and close to the beach

We enjoyed a lovely stay: the house (in particular the spacious living room) and garden provide space to play/ spend time incl. on rainier days, the area is very quiet and the house close to the beach so it is no problem to go there at any time and in varying groups. We were welcomed warmely. The kitchen equipment (stove, oven, microwave, dish-washer) allows to cook for the family and have the cleaning done quickly. We slept very well given the beds were comfortable and there are shutters to darken the rooms completely (if desired). There were some technical problems with the network connectivity but Valery, our host, had already arranged for an alternative solution when we arrived - this worked well.

Maison moderne à côté de la plage

Très belle maison très bien équipée, la plage est très proche, nous y sommes allés à pieds. Très bon séjour à Penestin. Accueil et départ très simple. Nous sommes ravis.

Gute Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattetes, großes Ferienhaus, schöne Umgebung.

Familienferien in Penestin

Valerie ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Trotz Verzögerung bei unserer Anreise hat die Schlüsselübergabe sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Lage nahe am Meer ist super . Leider war der Sonnenschirm defekt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sich sonst gut im Garten aufhalten.

Je recommande cette location dans un quartier calme.

C'est une très belle maison avec tout le confort moderne. La literie est confortable. Il y a un charmant jardin privé où vous pourrez manger à l'extérieur ou prendre un bain de soleil. La situation de la maison qui vous permet d'accéder à pied à plusieurs belles plages. Notre hôte met à la disposition de ses clients des VTT ce qui permet de faire de jolies promenades dans les environs de Pénestin.

Ideal holiday home

Excellent. Check in was poor. We are not fluent French speakers but managed to ring to say we would be arriving at 6.30 instead of 6. We understood that would not be a problem. On arrival at 6.30 there was no one there. Eventually at 7.20 we gained access to the property, having sought help from locals ( who understood from a voicemail she was delayed in traffic and would be there shortly). This didn’t happen. Eventually keys were located under a doormat. Having travelled since 6am to be faced with this delay was disappointing.

Maison très agréable, idéalement située, connaissant la commune il n'y a pas beaucoup de location avec ce type de commodités et de standing. Nous avons séjourné en famille à 6 avec le plus grand plaisir. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter...

Avons passé 2 semaines agréables. La maison est très confortable, nos petits enfants ont adorés. La plage est très proche et nous avons eu 15 jours de chaleur ce qui ne gâche rien 😉

wunderschönes und modernes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus in einer sehr schönen Ecke der Bretagne. Das Haus ist (bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten) sehr gut und vollständig ausgestattet und bietet viel Komfort. Bei der Ankunft waren die Betten bezogen und wir wurden von der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin persönlich empfangen und gut in alles eingewiesen, so dass wir die Hilfe ihres vor Ort wohnenden Vaters in der Folgezeit nicht benötigten. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und der schöne Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Bäcker und Supermarkt in dem kleinen Örtchen Penestin sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Ausflugs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ist das Haus damit nur zu empfehlen.

Magnifique & Inoubliable

Avons passé 2 semaines de vacances formidables & inoubliables dans cette superbe belle maison. Très spacieuse et bien équipée. Quartier calme & résidentiel. Conforme à la description. La mer est en effet à 2 pas. Bcp de promenades à faire à pied, en voiture ou en vélo (ceux de la propriétaire). Avons fortement apprécié le nouveau Parasol ! Aussi le marché de Pénestin le dimanche matin (grd choix)). Soleil au RdV. Que dire d'autre sauf un grand Merci au Papa de Valérie - aussi à Geneviève - la femme de ménage - qui nous a accueillis / expliqué le fonctionnement de TS les appareils & Valérie, la propriétaire, qui est venue nous dire un petit coucou avec une bout. de cidre. A refaire sans hésitation !

Magnifique maison proche de la plage

Maison très claire, extrêmement confortable, très bien équipée (notamment électroménager, salles de bains, équipements extérieurs). Services accessoires très appréciables (lits faits à l'arrivée, ménage impeccable, vélos prêtés,...). Très bien située proche de sentiers littoraux magnifiques. Propriétaires particulièrement accueillants. Avec un temps magnifique pour la saison, des vacances idéales. Location recommandée sans hésitation.

un séjour " coup de coeur "

Une merveilleuse surprise que ce séjour à Pénestin : une location en tous points idéale et correspondant à sa description ,un environnement superbe que nous n'avons cessé de découvrir pendant cette quinzaine.Le père de Valérie, la propriétaire, est aux petits soins et de très bon conseil. Nous goûterons avec grand plaisir, dès que possible, aux joies de cette maison et de ses alentours.Nous recommandons cette locations à tous. Et vivement notre prochain séjour !!!

Agréable vacances

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Penestin avec tout le confort ,à 250m de la plage pas besoin de voiture ,il manque juste un point d'eau à l'extérieur pour se rincer les pieds quand on rentre de la plage.vélos à disposition très pratique.
