Villa with pool 7 mn walk from the beach and near golf courses
It is a villa situated in a very quiet urbanization, in Praia da Lota (7 minutes walk to the beach) and next to the beach of Manta Rota (15 minutes walk).
The house has spacious living and dining room on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen and service bathroom. This floor has a terrace next to the living room (with small table and two wooden chairs), kitchen and terrace next to the dining room with dining table.
The outdoor patio gives direct access to this terrace and has barbecue and round swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
On the 1st floor the villa has 3 bedrooms, two of them with terrace (one is en suite, with bathroom with shower) and another bathroom with whirlpool. One bedroom has a double bed, another has twin beds and the third has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 people.
The attic is accessed by spiral staircase and has a single bed in the entrance area and a bedroom with double bed.
R / c and 1st floor have air conditioning in all divisions as well as mosquito nets.
