Η Βίλα Κελαΐδης είναι μια διώροφη βίλα αποτελούμενη από δύο ξεχωριστά διαμερίσματα. Κάθε διαμέρισμα έχει ένα ευρύχωρο καθιστικό με τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα, με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα ακόμα και από το εσωτερικό. Η κουζίνα είναι μικρή αλλά πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ψυγείο-καταψύκτη, κουζίνα πλήρους μεγέθους με εστίες μαγειρέματος και απαραίτητα σκεύη.
