This nineteenth century villa is ideal for large families or groups who want to spend a holiday on the beautiful shores of Lake Como and enjoy the magic that this Villa has to offer. The villa offers 600 square meters of floor space (+200 square meters with annex) and 3000 square meters of park with beach, dock and boat dock.
Our Villa Giù offers ample space with a park of 3000 square meters and a Villa of 600 square meters. The park cared for down to the last detail offers immense secular trees, flowers and plants that during the spring / summer season offer a rainbow of colors and scents to leave you speechless. The marvelous Martini terrace overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture and solarium is one of the gems that makes Villa Giù unique.
The outdoor area is shared between the guests of the Villa and the Dependance.
