Neat, tidy, spacious and well appointed house. Great location with nice waterside walk to Kingscote.We stayed as a couple, but house would definitely also suit large or multi family groups as well.

So beautiful and relaxing. The accommodation was so home like and very clean and modern. It had absolutely you would need. Hosts were great and very helpful. Everything was so convenient. Will definitely book again

We absolutely adored our stay ! Very clean and very well equipped. The extra touches Jacqui provided made our stay even more special. Would definitely come back again- highly recommended. A little piece of paradise that’s for sure. The serenity and beautiful garden certainly made us feel relaxed yet we only a few minutes walk away from everything we wanted. York 272 is just the best. The house is very clean. It has 4 bedooms and 2 bathrooms so plenty of room. Wonderful kitchen equipped with everthing you need. Wood fire in the living area for the colder weather. Fabulous outdoor kitchen with huge bbq,hooded grill and wood fired pizza oven. Large and comfy outdoor furniture. AND a salt water heated spa/pool was heaven even on the cooler days. All this overlooking absolute beachfront. Oh... did i mention the games room...I could go on and on.... do yourself a favour. Thank you Jayne and Michael for sharing this beautiful place.

Great location with plenty of room for our group

The property is indeed a little white shack that has everything you need for a beach stay. It is superbly situated and perfect for us and our little mini schnauzer.

A wonderful property located in a serene location. We loved our stay- a short stroll to the beach, stunning sunsets, abundant wildlife, and an easy drive to many of KIs most loved destinations. Plus our pup could come too!
