Logement agréable avec piscines et un beau balcon terrasse à 20mn des plages
Le logement est situé à 20mn des plages en voiture dans une résidence sécurisée comprenant 2 piscines, 2 terrains de padel, 1 terrain de tennis et 3 terrains de pétanques.
Nous avons été bien accueilli par le propriétaires, qui est disponible pour tous conseils.
Le logement est fonctionnel dans sa distribution des pièces et permet grâce à son grand balcon terrasse de profiter de l'extérieur pour les repas et de se reposer (transats). Il est lumineux, bien orienté et au calme.
En revanche, dans le descriptif, il était noté deux chambres et le logement n'en a qu'une seule!
Nous recommandons que la majorité des objets de décoration (vases et plantes) soient enlevées afin d'avoir plus de places dans les placards et sur les étagères pour y mettre ses affaires car à partir de 3 personnes la place manque y compris sur la terrasse pour être autour de la table en raison des nombreuses plantes. En effet, il faut déplacer les chaises pour fermer le volet ou mettre la table le plus proche possible de la balustrade mais ainsi on ne peut être que maximum 3.
De plus, il est dommage que les animations au sein du Golf paranomica soient si peu nombreuses et pas communiquées.

Muy cómodo
La casa estaba impecable y los anfitriones son muy amables y detallistas. La urbanización está un poco aislada, pero es muy tranquila y tiene piscina, tenis, pádel y golf. Ademas, los vecinos organizan sesiones de aquagym, cine al aire libre...Ideal para ir con niños.
