Casa di Ciuzza with Pool

The Casa di Ciuzza is one of the three housing units of Tenuta Serravalle. The structure lies in the heart of the Iblei Mountains in Chiaramonte Gulfi in the south-eastern part of Sicily, inside an ancient olive grove and carob tree that extends over an area of 16 hectares - a typical Sicilian countryside that offers the opportunity to enjoy a atmosphere of tranquility.
Comfort, special services, relaxation: from the large outdoor gazebo - to spend pleasant hours in the shade with the reading of a good book or possibly socialize with the other guests - from the swimming pool with solarium equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, to the service mountain bikes available for our guests.
The structure offers three welcoming air-conditioned living units, equipped with TV, crockery, washing machines and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Ground floor with living room with fireplace, sofa bed (1 square), built-in kitchen and dining area, bathroom, double bedroom on a wooden loft, bathroom.
