The deck is perfectly situated to catch the morning sun for about 30 minutes, keeping you comfortably in the shade for the rest of the day. We recently added a new table so you can enjoy breakfast out there. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins! Dolphin pods frequent the water right in front of the condo, especially in the late evenings. Even the local dolphin tour boats stop in front of our complex!

Tybee Island Getaway

Wonderful view. Beautiful private beach. No swimming on beach due to submerged hazards but more than adequate pool. Most peaceful, relaxing vacation we've taken. Definitely would love to return.

The no swimming sign is a long way down the beach (5-10 minute walk) near the Tybee Lighthouse entry area. The sign there shows where the loading docks for the old Fort were located. Swimming and fishing takes place in front of the condo beach all the time.
