Stylish 2 BR and 2 full bathrooms, bright and calm, in the heart of Nice
Come enjoy the real French lifestyle, in an elegant, early 20th century building in the centre of Nice yet away from the crowds, with a wealth of bakeries, markets, cafés, shopping and entertainment very close.
Spacious and bright, our uniquely decorated 90 sqm (970 sq ft) apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, which makes it perfect for families or two couples who want a little bit of privacy.
The apartment, on a quiet and elegant side-street, is located on the 2rd floor of a beautiful, early 20th century Bourgeois building with NO lift. The stairs are wide and easily managed. You may leave your bicycle or pushchair in the locked storage room on the entrance floor.
Facing South, the living room and a bedroom look over a quiet private garden. There's a beautiful bow-window in the living room, which can be opened up in the nice season (from March to October) plus 3 small balconies. The second bedroom looks over the single lane street and faces elegant buildings and their private gardens.
Other than a couple of closets, all of the apartment is available for your convenience. We have high-speed wi-fi and a decent stereo (CD+radio) to which you can connect your phone/laptop for playback. A lot of the furniture is unique and has been renovated either by ourselves or with help from local craftsmen.
Our very dedicated superhelper will greet you in person, hand over the keys and give plenty of advice if needed. We are always available for tips and to solve problems should they appear.
We have arranged the home to suit our slightly unusual taste, with the help of a couple of Milanese designers, dear friends of ours.
Eurasian collared doves and other birds can be often hear singing in the mornings in the private garden beneath. This spring, one beautiful collared dove decided to settle by our bow-window and has laid two eggs so far.
I always appreciate a little message of presentation from my future guests.

1, 2 and 3: big recycling containers on rue Hancy (exit right then left a first street crossing)
4: black rubbish bin behind low black gate (exit right, gate is 4-5m on your right side)
Leave both sets of keys on the corridor table and shut the door behind you.
