House appreciable for its large volumes, its clarity, large bay window in accordion overlooking the wooden terrace of 50m2 and the garden of 650m2 (facing south).
Located 600m from the nearest beach entrance and about 2km from the city center and its many small shops and restaurants; a cinema, a bowling alley and an indoor swimming pool are a few minutes by car.
The house is 150m2 with 3 bedrooms and an office that can be used as a 4th bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer) with also a shower and a washbasin, 3 WCs including 2 in the bathrooms. bath.
The main living area of 50m2 includes an equipped American kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster etc.), a lounge and a dining area for 10 people.
The garden has a trampoline, a large and a small garden table, a parasol, a plancha at the back, 2 parking spaces at the front of the house.
Babies and children are welcome, with the possibility of providing a cot, plastic crockery, baby sheets and towels, books and games for children up to 6/8 years old.

Les échanges avec Marie étaient faciles. La maison et le jardin sont très agréables. Seul bémol, le canapé lit est vraiment petit, même pour un seul adulte. Heureusement que la conciergerie a géré un matelas gonflable supplémentaire.

Satisfaits dans l’ensemble par la maison, son équipement, son jardinombragé et l’organisation pour notre arrivée. Le coin est agréable et joli, avec de nombreuses activités. Par contre la propreté de la vaisselle laissait à désirer, du fait des locataires précédents. À noter pour d’autres voyageurs :- grande proximité du camping qui peut générer des nuisances sonores à certaines heures- commerces éloignés (voiture ou vélo nécessaires)- plage accessible à pieds mais baignade interdite à cet endroitMerci pour cet agréable séjour.

Très agréable maison

Maison arrangée avec goût, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Il manque cependant 2 vrais transats sur la terrasse. Les transats de plage présents n étant pas adaptés. Un jardin très agréable pour se reposer notre petite fille a adoré y courir en toute sécurité à l ombre et profiter du trampoline et de la balançoire. Proximité de la plage fort appréciable. Saint Brévin est un village côtier qui nous a beaucoup plu. Vacances très réussies en partie grâce à la maison de Marie.

séjour très apprécié

La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et agréable. Son jardin clos est propice à la tranquillité. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, la maison est à 300m de la plage et du chemin côtier. La propriétaire est arrangeante et la communication a été très fluide. Je recommande.

Chouette maison avec une deco qui change de l'ordinaire ! Située à 2 pas de la plage mais voiture nécessaire pour tout le reste. L'ideal serait d'avoir des vélos. La chambre des enfants avec des jeux à disposition a été particulièrement appréciée ! Quelques points à ameliorer selon nous: rideaux trop petits ou absents dans les chambres, pas de micro ondes, plan de travail petit dans la cuisine. Concernat le canapé du bureau à noter qu'il nest pas adapté au couchage d'un adulte. Sinon Marie est très reactive aux messages et Frederique la concierge qui nous a accueilli tres agreable 😊

De bonnes vacances

La taille de la maison et notamment l'espace de vie et de repas a permis de passer du temps à l'intérieur malgré le mauvais temps. Maison conforme à l'annonce et très agréable à vivre, à 2 pas de la plage. Le plus pour les enfants : le trampoline et la chambre partagée. Le moins : le canapé-lit n'est pas adapté pour un couchage pendant 2 semaines.

Leuk vakantiehuis op loopafstand van het strand.

Een mooi ingericht vakantiehuis met ruime tuin en bbq (een pluspunt). Fijn dat er 2 badkamers en 3 wc's aanwezig zijn voor zo'n grote groep. Mooie keuken, alles is aanwezig. Huis is op loopafstand van het strand. Het dorpje met wat winkeltjes en horeca is wat verder lopen, maar goed te doen. Stapelbed is helaas niet geschikt voor grote kinderen (12+) en volwassenen. Matrassen zijn te dun (ligt niet prettig) en stapelbed is erg wankel en kraakt bij omdraaien. Voor 1 week slaapt dit niet prettig. Voor kleine kindjes (die minder zwaar zijn) is dit stapelbed prima.

Ein schönes, großes Haus in Strandnähe

Wir waren mit zwei Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern (7 Monate, knapp 2, knapp 3 und 4 Jahre) für 2 Wochen in dem Haus und haben es sehr genossen! Die Ausstattung ist super, es hat uns eigentlich nichts gefehlt. Highlight für die Kinder war der Garten mit Trampolin und Schaukel! Zudem war der Strand super zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé un excellent we dans la très belle maison de Marie, décorée avec goût et disposant de tout le matériel nécessaire. Quel bonheur d'aller à la plage à pied et de pouvoir profiter d'un grand jardin! Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Charmante maison près de l’océan

La maison est très agréable à vivre ! Il y a de beaux volumes, un jardin clos sans vis-à-vis, elle a été rénovée récemment donc très confortable. Il y a des jouets et livres pour enfants, nos petits ont beaucoup apprécié ! Je mettrais juste un bémol c’est le canapé lit qui n’est pas un vrai lit et donc je conseillerai cette maison pour 8 personnes et non 10. Il manque également des stores occultants pour ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir. À part ça, nous avons été très bien accueilli par le service de conciergerie, la plage est au bout de la rue, tout est bien pour passer de belles vacances 😄
