About this property

Pet Friendly Apt Near Peabody & JHU Shuttle w/Free WiFi & Paid Parking

Guests visiting us in Mount Vernon often fall in love with the convenience and walkability of this location - whether you’re a contract nurse here for a few months at one or our many hospitals in the city (the Johns Hopkins Shuttle stop for students and staff is just a 5 minute walk) or a Peabody Conservatory student or professor (also a 5 minute walk), or just visiting the city for fun or loved ones - you’ll find you are in the center of one of the cities main cultural districts.

There are restaurants, coffee shops and food halls (Mt Vernon Marketplace is right across the street!) all within blocks of this building, museums (the Walters Art Gallery is just around the corner) - Center Stage and the Lyric Opera House are also in Mount Vernon. You can stroll through the park at Mount Vernon Place and visit the Washington Monument on your way to pickup groceries at Eddie’s. Our friends with dogs also enjoy that the Howard St Dog Park is just a block away. And of course downtown is just an eight minute walk away.

Transportation in Baltimore is plentiful - the light rail stop is around the corner, there is the Johns Hopkins Shuttle, the Charm City Circulator, the MARC and Amtrak trains at Penn Station, the bus of course, Zipcars, metro subway and the popular electric scooters.

The apartment itself features an open living space with a comfy sleeper sofa, desk for remote work, WiFi, Apple TV for streaming all your favorite shows and zoned A/C and heat to get the perfect temperature. The full kitchen comes equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes, a gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher to cook a delicious meal from home. The bedroom is quiet and comfy, stays dark and has plenty of dresser and closet space. You will have convenient ground floor access with windows overlooking a secured outside area with locked metal grates for extra peace of mind in the city. The first floor has coin operated laundry, so no trips to the laundromat - just across the hall. We also offer private off-street parking for $160 a month, mailbox access and secure delivery access for Amazon, USPS and UPS packages.

Paid parking may be available for $10/days for stays less than 2 weeks or $160/month. Please inquire at time of booking. Parking spots must be reserved at the time of booking by providing your vehicle information (make, model, color, and license plate), even if your listing indicates availability of parking.   We can not guarantee availability of parking, if it has not been reserved ahead of time. Failing to confirm your parking spot and providing vehicle make, model, color, year and tag number may result in being towed. Please provide all vehicle information when requesting a parking space at the time of booking.

Trully Amazing and lives up to it's name - Best Location, Best Apartment, Best Landlords!
I stayed in this apartment for 6 months why I did my specialty training in Johns Hopkins. DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE NEAR THE HOSPITAL. A few of my collegues did, and one actually ended up stayiong on my sleeper sofa a lot. This apartment is located in Mt Vernon, which is a good location in Baltimore. It is safe, well lit, filled with people, lots of shops and eateries. The free JH Shuttle stops a block away by the Wahsington Monument. The building is safe and secure. I highly recommend this to anyone coming to Baltimore. First floor and safe!
