Renovated to a high standard, this 2-bedroom apartment in the quiet Crown area of Inverness. The apartment benefits from off-street private parking, free Wi-fi and a secure fenced back garden ideal for children or dogs. Available for longer stays for business user – please enquire about discounted rates.

The open plan lounge/ dining area/ kitchen consists of a L-shaped sofa, armchair and side tables. The patio door allows access to a secure fenced back garden, perfect for children or dogs. The kitchen offers a double electric oven, electric induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, under counter fridge, pots, pans and kitchen cutlery. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 3 drawer bedside units with table lamps, fitted wardrobe and wall mounted mirror. The second bedroom benefits from 2-single beds, bedside units with table lamps and a fitted mirrored wardrobe. The shower room has a mains shower with on-demand hot water, wash hand basin and WC. The outside has a medium sized back garden with small patio and grass, fenced for security for children and dogs. Off-street private parking for 1 car at the front of the apartment and additional space for guest parking. There is an iron and board and hairdryer.

Dog-friendly – one dog at an additional cost – please enquire. Prior to your arrival, we will email guests a contact number for any assistance you require during your stay. Quiet while not being away from the city centre of Inverness.

A car is recommended when travelling to the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. There is a train and bus station in Inverness. Inverness Airport can be accessed by car within a 25-minute drive. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10AM. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels and tea towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary pods of coffee, sugar, teabags.

Short stay break
Fantastic flat/ location about 10 minutes walk from the town centre, lovely quiet residential area and a 5 minutes walk from local stores( wonderful little bakery). Flat is pet friendly with its own private garden. We were on short break so although self catering ( everything you could possibly want from a kitchen) we had the advantage off having pet friendly hotels a five minute walk away to eat out. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back❤️.

Our short stay
We loved the flat & the location as it suited the purpose of our visit. It was a little cold when we first got there but soon warmed up once we found the boiler and turned it on. Slight concern as 'do not use' sign was on the boiler but as it was dated 2020 we assumed it just hadn't been removed. The flat has everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable.

Shabby definitely not chic
Arrived to smoked filled house, had to leave after one night - nowhere else to go that night. Gael staff acted swiftly to try to resolve issue but I had to arrange my own accommodation for next few days as mid October break & very few hotels with availability. Money was however returned swiftly for nights not in property. But not offer of compensation for night I had to stay. Due to Covid, entry time is 5pm. By that time we had purchased a whole lot of food for our stay. That was wasted as we had to throw most of it out. Should also mention the dust beside / behind beds not ideal either. Will not be staying again. Definitely don’t recommend.

Lovely flat
This is a lovely flat in a great location. The accommodation was perfect for us and we will definitely stay again. Everything was really clean, modern and fresh. We could walk into town and round to the local bakery and deli for croissants and lunch. It was a last minute booking with Gael Holidays and it was really easy to book and all the information we got through was excellent.
