L'appartement est charmant et idéalement situé (commerces, métro au pieds de l'immeuble - pratique pour l'aéroport et rejoindre certains quartiers de Lisbonne et parfair pour découvrir la ville à pieds). La communication avec Pedro a été très fluide et il a été arrangeant (horaires d'arrivée, stockage de bagages...). Ce séjour à Lisbonne a été parfait !

Appartement entièrement rénové, bien décoré, propre. Un peu sombre (chambre sans fenêtre). Belle salle de bains très claire. Très bien situé dans un quartier avec tous les commerces, à côté du métro et du tram 28. Quelques problèmes avec la wifi, vite résolus mais lave-vaisselle en panne et absence d'eau chaude le dernier jour à la cuisine. Il serait aussi souhaitable, par mesure d'hygiène, de placer une alèse sur le matelas de la chambre. Accueil très sympathique et attentionné par un jeune femme (parle anglais) que nous remercions. Malgré les quelques remarques, appartement très plaisant et que nous recommandons pour un séjour à deux près du centre et des quartiers historiques de Lisbonne. Christian et Joëlle

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Lissabon und einer schönen Unterkunft!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Lissabon und der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung verlebt. Die Betreuung durch Taciana war sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich. Das umgebende Stadtviertel ist zwar nicht so "vornehm", dafür aber seht authentisch. Wir hatten eine Woche lang das Gefühl, mittendrin statt nur dabei zu sein. Herlichen Dank an Michelle und Pedro und Tascina. LISSABON und die Wohnung immer wieder. Liebe Grüsse Christel und Manfred

The visuals are misleading

The photos that you see of the apartment are in fact photos of three or four apts. When you get there you will be socked to see that what you expected is very different from what you got in terms of accommodation. The apts are well decorated but some are very small and the one we got only had one window overlooking the backs of other apts. You will also have to carry your luggage three flights up - and consider that the ceiling are about 12ft high. However, the located is very good. VRBO should not allow owner to post visuals that are not of the apt you get.

Perfect location, great sleeping....

so quite at night, you think you are in the country. It is at the back of the building, so no street noise. Excellent service by owners and staff. Very clean and all you need to cook. But with the Capri and the great Chinese place ten steps away....no need to. A few more steps and at the Metro station or just walk 10 blocks to the main square. And no hills here! Loved it and WILL come back asap. Thanks guys for all the extra help, Rick

Belle appartement très bien situé, près de toute commodité marché, buanderie, restaurants et place touristique. Tout ce fait à pied et le métro au coin de la rue ainsi que autobus et tram 28. De plus la propriétaire très sympathique et à l'attention si il y a un besoin quelconque. Pour la langue français, anglais et (j'imagine portugais)par téléphone avec la propriétaire. En anglais et portuais avec la personne qui s'occupe de l'entretient. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Absolutely HORRIBLE - Owner Double BOOKED

Owner CANCELLED our stay the minute we arrived and tried to check in. We're convinced the owner double booked and I have the text messages to prove it. We were left on the street with our luggage in a SOLD OUT city due to the E3 2015 expo. This is THE worst experience we've ever had and it was our first time using VRBO.com. This will also be the LAST time we use it. Owner was paid in full before we arrived and did NOTHING to help us out. I was unable to contact VRBO.com directly, no one was able to help at all and we were very disappointed with this as we expected much more from a company like VRBO.com. I would NOT recommend this property OR this company for ANY trips.

Enjoyed the stay, premium location.

I loved the fact that I can be in the heart of downtown, walking distance to LA Live and the Sports & Entertainment District... all while living at this resort. In specific, with the gardens outside, and tranquility, I can actually forget that I'm even in downtown... definitely a place I'd stay at again. Parking remote battery died, they replaced it the same day.
