Villa Hofseth consists of two smartly connected houses. A separate living house and a separate sleeping house. This smart design ensures maximum privacy and quietness for every guest.

From the entrance you enter the living area that is characterized by the large windows. The living room has a 3-seater lounge sofa and 2 separate lounge chairs. In addition to the standalone fireplace are another 2 comfortable seats. The wooden floors and whitewashed walls make it a warm space that looks very warm even without the fireplace. From the living room the high windows provide a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. All doors to the outside have a sliding horseshoe system to keep insects out.

Upon entering, there is a separate drying room where you can hang or put down the coats, shoes, ski equipment or hiking equipment. Here is also the luxury washing machine and dryer with ample capacity. There is also an extra toilet in the entrance hall. This entire space has floorheating.

The modern kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so these two separate rooms are actually experienced as 1 space. The kitchen is in a corner arrangement with a spacious and wide counter that can be used for cooking. The induction hob ensures a safe cooking environment and all cooking utensils are present. There is a fridge-freezer combination with drawers in the freezer. There is also a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and separate microwave. There is a kitchen table that can be extended to a capacity of 8 people.

Villa Hofseth has opted for a sleeping house that is separate from the living area. This is to guarantee a good night's sleep without sounds from the living room for people who want to go to bed earlier. The sleeping area consists of 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. In 3 bedrooms there are 2 beds of excellent quality with firm but very comfortable hotel mattresses. Each bed is equipped with a down comforter and pillow.

There are two bathrooms in the house. In addition to the shower room with rain shower head, the first bathroom also has a bathtub. There are 2 sinks and a toilet. The second bathroom on the ground floor has a shower with rain shower head, double sinks, a toilet and a spacious sauna. From this bathroom there is direct access to the veranda with views over the lake and to the hot tub.

This villa has a veranda that meets all needs. The size, over the entire width of the house, provides a spacious dining table, a lounge set and an outdoor fireplace. There are also outside heaters on the wall of the house for the cooler evenings, so that you can still sit outside with a blanket over you on the couch. These heaters give you just that extra heat that you need. You can completely unwind with a view of the Vravatn lake and mountains, with the outdoor fireplace on. You can also enjoy the hot tub on the veranda. Hot water fired by wood fire in the tub gives you a real spa feeling when you sit in the hot water with a drink in your hand.
