Totally renovated with all the upgrades. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous kitchen with stainless appliances, marble counters and pendant lights. Comfortable living room furniture with queen sofa bed. Large 55" TV with tons of channels, and free wi-fi. Bedroom has smart tv, queen bed, comfy linens, tile floors throughout and large ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Bathroom has large tile shower with rainfall shower and glass door. Gorgeous vanity with upgraded fixtures. All linens/towels for use in the condo are provided for your stay-including beach towels!

Cozy beachfront condo! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. You’ll love the amazing views - sunsets from the balcony over the Gulf. The updated space has stainless steel appliances, new sleeper sofa, mattress, bedding, high top dining table and more! The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). On the 9th floor -easy access to beach & pool!

A wonderful cozy space for couples, and getaway weekends! Freshly updated and renovated - new bed, fresh paint, bright and clean! Balcony with sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Charcoal grills are just steps away. We even have a fitness/exercise facility available for your use. Sunbird has a gated entrance for your security, and is also gated out to the beach so your kids can't wander off and no one can wander in! This family-oriented complex is located on 500 ft of beach-front sugar white sand and emerald water. Seasonal beach service included with rental (a set of loungers and an umbrella; March - October) Additional discounts for beach activities available as well! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). Pineapple Willy's is right next door! Parking is limited to one spot per condo from March 1 - Labor Day.

The condo was just as described and the perfect size for my husband and I. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean every morning. The people at the property office were very friendly.
