Totally renovated with all the upgrades. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous kitchen with stainless appliances, marble counters and pendant lights. Comfortable living room furniture with queen sofa bed. Large 55" TV with tons of channels, and free wi-fi. Bedroom has smart tv, queen bed, comfy linens, tile floors throughout and large ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Bathroom has large tile shower with rainfall shower and glass door. Gorgeous vanity with upgraded fixtures. All linens/towels for use in the condo are provided for your stay-including beach towels!

Cozy beachfront condo! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. You’ll love the amazing views - sunsets from the balcony over the Gulf. The updated space has stainless steel appliances, new sleeper sofa, mattress, bedding, high top dining table and more! The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). On the 9th floor -easy access to beach & pool!

A wonderful cozy space for couples, and getaway weekends! Freshly updated and renovated - new bed, fresh paint, bright and clean! Balcony with sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Charcoal grills are just steps away. We even have a fitness/exercise facility available for your use. Sunbird has a gated entrance for your security, and is also gated out to the beach so your kids can't wander off and no one can wander in! This family-oriented complex is located on 500 ft of beach-front sugar white sand and emerald water. Seasonal beach service included with rental (a set of loungers and an umbrella; March - October) Additional discounts for beach activities available as well! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). Pineapple Willy's is right next door! Parking is limited to one spot per condo from March 1 - Labor Day.

The condo was just as described and the perfect size for my husband and I. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean every morning. The people at the property office were very friendly. Access to the beach was great and we spent our time laying out and soaking up the sun. The location was great too. It only took a few minutes to get anywhere we needed to go.

Beautiful view from the balcony, staff was welcoming and polite, and the direct access to the beach was great. The communication from the owner was great and she provided detailed instructions.I recommend this place!

We had a great stay in this Condo, which is #909W. The advertised photos of the rooms and the beach view are perfectly accurate. The condo was clean and well stocked. The balcony provided a stunning view and was a perfect spot to drink our morning coffee. The evening view was a spectacular sunset. The included beach service was perfect and the beach attendant was kind and accommodating. The two of us were very comfortable in this small condo. We only stayed 3 nights so we didn’t need the laundry facility, but it was located on the first floor with easy access, if needed. Pineapple Willy’s is next door and is a good option for lunch or dinner. If you are up for short walk, Walmart is within walking distance (or a very short drive) for anything you may need. In addition, the resort has ice vending machines with prices comparable to other retail places. We look forward to trying to book this location again in the future.

That View!!

If easy access to a great beach with a spectacular view is one of your top priorities then this condo is for you. It just doesn’t get any better. And it includes beach service. Pam was responsive to my questions prior to arrival. We arrived too early for check-in, which wasn’t a problem as we were permitted access to the included amenities. We enjoyed our all too brief stay.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here at Sunbird. The condo was updated, clean, and had plenty of amenities! Our balcony was amazing with the view! We will be back!

Wonderful week!

Unit was clean, modern and very convenient to the area. Pool was heated and was great! No complaints at all. 24 hr security and a gated community. Bed was comfortable, so was the couch. It was perfect and we plan to return in the future! Easy to book, easy checkin and easy checkout!

Great View

This was our first time staying in a condo so it was a bit dark and dreary for us in the condo. We were fortunate that we didn't lose our air conditioning because there were some condos without it. The view though from the balcony is amazing and the sunsets are beautiful in the evening. The lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach was great!! We did the airboat ride and the catamaran boat and they were both great and worth the money.

Great stay all around

We loved our stay. The rental was very nice. It had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas were included. The beach was a short walk from the property. Shops and restaurants were all very close to us and it made it very easy to do what we wanted to do. Pam was an amazing host. She communicated very efficiently and allowed us to enjoy our trip. Much thanks to her.

Weekend Getaway

I didn't realize when I booked that it was right next to Pineapple Willys! That was the best being able to walk over and get a drink and head to the beach to relax. It was the cutest decorated little condo for 2. Me and my husband absolutely loved it. Our stay was from Aug 9-11 and it was not crowded at all. Not too hot either! Condo had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay!

We appreciate you for letting us stay in your condo for a week. We had no complaints about anything. The listing describing everything like it should have! This Place has a beautiful view. We would definitely recommend this stay to other people. This isn't a complaint at all, but some basic painting would make this condo even better than it is now!

Very Clean and Comfy!

We were super impressed with the cleanliness of the condo! It had everything we needed and the contact with the host was amazing. Check in was a breeze. Even being a holiday weekend, it wasn’t super crowded. We liked the location next to Pineapple Willy’s and away from the big crowds at Pier Park. The bed in the bedroom was super comfy! The only complaint would be to upgrade pillows but thats being picky. 😂 We will definitely be back!

Overall a Great Stay

Overall, a good stay. Pam was very responsive when we ran into issues with the AC and moved us to another unit when it couldn’t be fixed. After issues at that unit also and talking to others staying there, it seemed to be the whole building. Other than that… the included beach chair/umbrella service was priceless and the view amazing. Loved having Pineapple Willy’s right next door and the overall location was great - right by so much. Parking was also a breeze!
