In the magical setting of Grottaferrata (Roman Castles), a few steps from Rome, is located this romantic cottage, a little piece of paradise surrounded by an hectar of green, between olive trees and suggestive cypresses. 
It is an intimate, special, welcoming place, where couples or families can spend unforgettable moments.
The pretty cottage of 40 square meters, decorated in shabby style, is composed by a bedroom with canopy bed, a spacious living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a private bathroom with shower box.

Outside the Cottage, outdoor furniture where you can relax while enjoying the wonderful view.

The breakfast is included and will be served into the cottage or in the surrounding garden.

Possibility for large groups to book also the other Cottage within the same property or to request
availability for the other house even if the desired dates are not available.

Amazing place to stay. We enjoy all the green that sourround the cottage with the bbq and the outdoor furnitures, We loved taste wine and see the stunning panorama. It easy to get Rome with the train from frascati and the wonderful countriesmof tivoli, nemi and subiaco.

The house is perfectly located if you want to discover rome and the nearby countries for a few days with family, the pictures do not do justice for it. The host is very helpful and always interested to your needs. The cottage is part of a wonderful estate and our sons enjoyed it so much playing basketball, football and with the tender cat.

Stunning house

My wife and I have spent an unforgergettable stay in Grottaferrata between greenery and good restaurants. The apartment is completely stocked with furnitures that still smell as new. The bedroom is very romantic and rich of beatiful details, outside an amazing view and a lot of space to relax.
