Casa Xara presents the characteristic feature of the village house: shale, wooden doors and windows, in a narrow street behind the church.
We put the key in the door and we come across a nice and cozy living room and kitchenette, as well as the bathroom.
Snake our gaze down a spiral staircase that leads us to the mezzanine, where we rest from personal journeys lived through the intense months of work!
The village style was blended with notes of modernity, in a serenity that deserved rest demands.
To the plant that dominates the less fertile territories of the Raia da Beira Baixa, the colors that predominate in the decoration - white and "blood color" - were drank.
There is the silence torn by the church clock to mark the time, and the sound of the beak of the stork (in season), while it rests.
If you need a space to listen or to listen to someone, from quietude to produce a literary work ... we have that space!
If it is pure and simply a pure nature lover, untouched, where the smells mingle with what is envisioned, then ... we have this space!
The time will be yours !!!
In the evening…
The lights go out ... the stars light up!
It fills the soul ...
A couple who gave shape to a tourist project with a view to providing a village experience, where they experience textures, sensations and smells.
We are located in Malpica do Tejo, Castelo Branco county, framed in the Natural Park of the International Tagus, one of the most beautiful in Portugal.
"The junction of the purity of the environment with the sepulchral silence of nature, torn from time to time by the chirping of a more agitated bird, provoke any visitor, a journey in time, a perfect symbiosis between Man and Nature"
