Ideal for those who want to relax and spend a peaceful holiday. Ideal for those looking for a place away from the chaos, for those who love nature, peace and tranquility. The house is not isolated, inside the structure there is another apartment attached, but divided from the veranda, so everyone will have their own privacy, and besides, we also live with my family and I, so we guarantee total availability to the our guests! Large outdoor green area with private parking! Unfortunately there is no wifi! I advise guests to be with their cars as we are at about 1.5 km from the center and from the bay of Peschici reachable in a few minutes by car.
HOUSE RULES: since there is another apartment in the building, it is necessary to respect the night and afternoon rest hours, thus ensuring mutual respect. We do not charge the final cleaning costs but the studio must be left in good condition.
Also the small pets are welcome, the covered veranda with gate is very convenient for your 4-legged friends.

to reach our little corner of paradise you have to be by car because we are 1.5 km from the beach of Peschici and from the center, easily reachable in 3-4 minutes by car!
