This comfortably furnished family home is located at Buitenplaats Hosterwold in Zeewolde, surrounded by a landscaped garden on the water's edge. The house is fully equipped and offers access to the communal swimming pool. Ideal for families or nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts, groups of young people are not permitted. A camp bed and high chair are available.

The ground floor features a spacious, sunny living room with cosy seating, decorative fireplace, dining table, and direct access to the terrace and garden. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin, and toilet.

The first floor has two more bedrooms-one double and one with two single beds-and a second bathroom with shower, two washbasins, and toilet. The house is non-smoking with smoke and fire detectors, CCTV for safety, and dogs are not permitted. The ample space in both house and garden makes it perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

Das Haus ist sehr schön in einem Park gelegen wird nicht an Studenten usw. vermietet keine laute Musik usw. was leider nicht für alle Häuser im Park zählt . Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns die Sauberkeit , an allen Ecken Spinnen und Spinnenweben und anderen Kriechtiere Die Toilettenbürsten eckelten uns an haben bestimmt schon einige Monate oder Jahre hinter sich bei Ankunft Geschirrspüler noch nicht entleert das Geschirr in den Schränken teilweise nicht sauber (verkrustet) Silberfischchen im Geschirr .wir waren schon etwas früher dort konnten aber obwohl das Objekt nicht bewohnt war nicht vor 16:00 Uhr hinein .das Sofa sah aus als hätte gerate noch jemand darin gelegen alles in allem für uns Kein Premiumobjekt !!!

Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, und die Raumaufteilung ermöglichte es unserer Gruppe, die gemeinsame Zeit sehr zu genießen. Wir hatten leider keine Gelegenheit, den Tennisplatz zu nutzen, aber er sah schön aus. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Rückzugsort suchen, ist dies eine ausgezeichnete Wahl.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vorab mit Belvilla hat nicht so gut funktioniert, meine Anfragen wurden zweimal nicht beantwortet. 2 Wochen vor Anreise die Kommunikation mit den Verwaltern/Besitzern war aber prima. Wir würden wieder kommen. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung des Hauses hat für uns prima gepasst. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, auf den ersten Blick top, bei genauerem hinsehen aber an den Kanten/Ecken einiges an Spinnenweben und einige Silberfische. Geschirr in den Schränken auch teilweise verdreckt, dies lag dann wohl aber eher an den Gästen vor uns. Super schöne Lage direkt am Kanal. Toller Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Adresse für einen schönen Urlaub

Wonderful

The holiday home was spotlessly clean, all utensils and kitchen equipment was catered for and in good working order. A wonderful well tendered garden and a really nice quiet, peaceful location whefe we could relax and re-charge our batteries. I would recommend this property withojut hesitation.

Wat kleinigheidjes die heel goed opgelost werden door de verhuurder. Helaas versleten bedden met kuilen maar voor de rest een top, grondig schoon gehouden vakantiewoning! Heerlijk de ruimte, prachtig huis en mooie tuin. Heerlijk vissen op de momenten dat we thuis waren en de locatie ideaal. In een wip ben je bij Walibi of het Dolfinarium, Aviodrome enz. Een aanrader!
