All the comfort of your own home with a wonderful view! Enjoy Tucson's Incredible Hiking, Biking, Beautiful sunsets. Our comfortable and spacious foothills home has a garage, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining and living room, breakfast room, family room, 4 bedrooms; 2 with king size beds, 1 with queen bed, 1 with twin beds (3), 2 1/2 Bathrooms. WIFI, 3 TVs, lots of games. Our wonderful outdoor area includes gas grill, outdoor fireplace and ample seating. This house is handicap prepared as well. Walk in shower in master bathroom, grab bars, wide halls without hindrances. For your additional comfort we've installed a whole house water filter.

1 block from Sabino Canyon, major restaurants and shopping, 5 minutes from Loews Ventana Golf, within 15 minutes of most frequented areas. Take a wonderful drive up to Mt Lemon for spectacular views, summer cool hikes and picnics.

Beautiful mountain-view home in the Catalina Foothills! Worked well for our family vacation. Loved the back patio! Note the listing says fitness equipment but there aren’t any onsite or available in the community. Otherwise our stay was amazing and Zach was very responsive.

This House was the very best. The owner had laid in Mexican food for everybody that night and a wonderful almond Kringle from Trader Joe’s for breakfast. There was plenty of coffee to start off our first morning. The place was exactly as advertised if not better.

The location was a perfect launch point to Mt.Lemmon and the Saguaro National Parks. The house has every amenity imaginable and the Host was very responsive and accessible. The view of the mountains was a real treat!

We had an excellent stay! This property has absolutely everything you can think of. We were able to host Thanksgiving for our family who traveled from all over! We had 5 adults and 3 children and everyone had enough space. Zachary was very communicative and we enjoyed the tamales, rice, salsa and guac after a long travel day! Highly recommend. We will 100% book again!

This property is phenomenal and the host had snacks/treats waiting for us after our long day of travel! The house & grounds are absolutely amazing. This was the perfect location and set up for our needs. The host even decorated for the holidays for us!! The host was communicative, which we greatly appreciated.The attention to detail was astounding. The kitchen was stocked and well organized. Comfortable house in a great location

Given its proximity to both Sabino Canyon and a small shopping center with a grocery store and great restaurants, this house provided a lovely getaway feeling while still being convenient for everything else that we wanted and needed. The house is well stocked for cooking and grilling, and nice seating areas both inside and outside, which made it a lovely location for our stay. We would definitely recommend this house to others!

We hope to provide that same atmosphere of being welcoming, knowing you will love your time here. We have fully remodeled every room as well as the outside to provide all the comforts you would expect to find in your own home.

Why they chose this property

Home is open, filled with light, super comfortable, beautiful views, and well stocked.

What makes this property unique

You can walk to the grocery store, drug store, many great restaurants, an art museum, other shops, Wells Fargo bank, post mail... all without ever having to drive. You can also drive to the gas station just two blocks west of us. Sabino Canyon is just east of us and is a beautiful walk, or hike! We enjoy the wild life and often see bobcats, javalinas, roadrunners, and best of all... the stars! Just sit out back, enjoy a beverage and look out at the Catalina Mountains, look up at the stars... spectacular! Relaxing, calm, quiet. Of course, 20 minutes later you can be in the heart of activity downtown or at the University. Come stay with us and see how much you'll look forward to returning again and again!
