This beautifully located polish style building is spacious and airy with large rooms, 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms for 8 persons. The location is primo! Near is Poguljanka Park which is a large park covering 4 city blocks, has ponds, and is covered with green grass and trees. The house is in a quiet residential street, but still close enough to the main road for quick trips to the shops 2 mins away that sell virtually everything and only a few minutes to downtown via public transportation! There is a bus line that stops across the street and tram stop also. Parking is available on the private secure parking near the house.

Territory near the building is barriered by a high fence, electric gate equipped by an entrance door video-intercom. Nice garden with landscape design.

There is a separate bathroom with Italian shower and large mirror.

Another room is executed in East style(original furniture and accessories are brought from Japan), with double folding sofa, table for a tea ceremony and also TV set (satelit TV), large.
The third room on a ground floor is a living room orangery style with additional single beds and lots of flowers in the pots and lots of natural light. Specially for guests second separate bathroom (17 sq.m.) is equipped by a bath, table for decorations and cosmetic, bench for rest).

The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you'll need for storing food and cooking in the home. Big family kitchen-dining room room is equipped by all necessary technique and kitchen utensil (Fridge, stove, oven, microwave,filtered water dispenser (Zepter), electro-tea-pot, complete set of dishes). From the kitchen there is an entrance to the balcony (with chairs and table) where you can smoke or have a cup of coffee.

2 FLOOR:

On the second floor there is modern en-suite apartment(58 sq.m.) for 2 persons furnished in chess studio style. It consists of : bedroom, mini-kitchen, bathroom. Large comfortable double bed is in a bedroom, TV-set, wardrobe, a fire-place next to the soft corner is created for relax. Bathroom with a shower is continuation of the apartment style. Modern mini-kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, electro-tea-pot, dishes. You can prepare supper and invite friends: there is a dining table for 4 persons in the kitchen area.
This loft suite is only a few years old and in perfect condition, as is the rest of the house.

We are able to rent out this building as a private house and also as a private 1-bedroom apartment or 3-bedroom apartment!
The lower level is a completely separate 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen and two bathrooms !
The upper flour is also a separate 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen-studio and one bathroom !
