Lovely stay

Villa was lovely , clean & spacious. Quiet neighbourhood , Uber readily available , less than 5 euros to town or beach. We had a couple of issues, one of which was out of the managers control as an issue with the water locally , however the manager was easily contactable and responded promptly to our queries , would recommend a stay here

Villa was well appointed with good facilities. Close to good restaurants and shops etc, in a quiet neighbourhood. Whilst I,m sure the villa had been cleaned before we arrived, it wasn’t spotless - there was hair and sand in the main shower. Overall, a lovely villa in a good location.

need to note in residential area with car mechanic opposite, also trees trimmed and grass cut along the street on 3 separate days causing lots of noise pollution, too many ants, also basic maintenance problems, shower head didn't fit in holster, door handles hanging off, toaster had to be weighted down to 'toast'!

A FUIR !!! Expérience très mauvaise ! Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile ça aurais été sans hésité ! Dès notre arrivée pour 15 jours, nous avons constaté que la villa était dans un état déplorable à savoir : propreté à revoir nous avons dû acheter des produits ménagers afin de tout nettoyer. Aucun aspirateur à disposition durant notre séjour. Cela aurait été appréciable afin de pouvoir aspirer le nombre incalculable de rouleaux de poussière tout particulièrement en dessous des lits. Le lave-vaisselle dans un état de rouille donc contraint de faire quotidiennement la vaisselle. Étendoir à linge mis à disposition idem complètement rouillé à plusieurs endroits. Les clims étaient totalement encrassés de poussière. Nous avons dû nettoyer les filtres afin de pouvoir les faire fonctionner sans risque d’allergies et même comme ça c’était limite. Barbecue je n’ai pas les mots pour décrire l’état de crasse et de rouille sur les grilles ! Problèmes d’humidité dans les salles de bain. Concernant la buanderie où se trouve le lave-linge une odeur constante d’œufs pourris dans la pièce. De plus, lave-linge dans un état de crasse… Nous avons perdus toute une après-midi de piscine dû à la présence des jardiniers qui sont venus sans nous avertir afin de tailler les haies et mauvaises herbes. Ce qui est inadmissible !!! Ces tâches sont à effectuer avant l’arrivée des vacanciers ! Les poêles étaient dans un état d’usure terrible ! L’épuisette de la piscine était inutilisable ayant des trous de partout. Nous avons sollicité la gestionnaire le lendemain de notre arrivée (dimanche), elle nous a répondu que cela ne constituait en aucun cas une urgence. Nous avons eu une nouvelle épuisette 2 jours plus tard. Et cerise sur le gâteau… le soir de notre arrivée nous avons constaté une invasion de cafards et pas le petit format !! Immédiatement nous avons contacté la gestionnaire de la villa avec vidéos a l’appui. Cette dernière, nous annonce via message WhatsApp être déjà au courant et bien sûr n’a pas dégnié nous avertir avant notre arrivée et encore moins Belvilla lors de notre réservation ! Par ailleurs, la gestionnaire ne se sentant pas très concernée par la situation nous a déposé le lendemain un simple spray. Puis plus rien tout le reste du séjour prétextant que ce n’est pas la propriétaire de la villa. Nous avons alerté immédiatement l’agence de location Belvilla avec une réclamation urgente par mail et au travers de la plate-forme Belvilla demandant de changer de villa. Ils n’ont

Mit dem Service (Reinigung, Pool, Gärtner) waren wir sehr zufrieden. Leider wurden die Geräte wie z.B. die Spülmaschine seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt nicht ausgetauscht. Die alte Maschine ist als defekt zu bezeichnen. Dringende Empfehlung zum Austausch.

Hallo, die Bewertung kann nach folgenden Begebenheiten nicht gut sein. 1. Die Betreuerin haben wir in den 3 Wochen nicht gesehen weder zum Anfang noch wegen Reklamationen und auch nicht am Ende. 2. Die Reaktion auf Reklamationen war unterirdisch. Entweder ist egal, muss erst nachfragen oder es kam so gut wie garnichts. Die Mails können ihnen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. 3. Folgende Reklamationen wurden einfach so abgetan: - Badezimmertür im Parterre defekt - Halterung für Toilettenpapier im gleichen Bad defekt - Halterung für Handtuch ebenfalls defekt - elektrische Steckdose in einem Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss defekt (gefährlich) - am unteren Geschirrkorb der Geschirrspülmaschine fehlen 2 Rollen - das Schlimmste war der defekte Sonnenschirm der laut Betreuerin funktionieren würde. Doch nachdem ich Bilder geschickt habe wollte sie einen neuen besorgen. Das war es. Nichts ist passiert. Für obige Darstellungen gibt es Mails und ebenfalls Fotos der Reklamationen. Diese können ihnen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wie ist es möglich daß so eine sogenannte Beteuerin für so ein Haus zuständig ist. Für 3700 Euro erwarte ich ein vernünftiges Haus und eine kompetente Betreuerin. Auch werde ich meine negativen Erfahrungen kundtun. MfG Günther Kabus

Séjour agréable dans une belle maison avec piscine. La maison est à 30 min à pieds de la plage de Carvoeiro et du centre. Elle est située dans un endroit assez calme dans une lotissement.Il y a juste un garage en face mais qui ne dérange pas.

Das Haus war sehr ansprechend und gut ausgestattet. Besonders in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Es könnten etwas mehr warme Decken vorhanden sein. Als wir ankamen, war es sehr kalt und ich musste erst einmal herausfinden, wie man das Haus heizt. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Hausverwaltung funktionierte es dann. Störend empfanden wir die kleine Autowerkstatt gegenüber. Ständig klingelte ein Telefon oder es wurde laut diskutiert, geschweige denn die Werkstattgeräusche. Ich möchte hier nicht im Sommer am Pool liegen mit dieser Geräuschkulisse. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Très jolie villa, propre, avec tout les équipements. Endroit assez calme, sauf beaucoup de chien qui aboi dans le quartier notamment celui du voisin d'en face qui pleur beaucoup pendant le nuit au point de nous réveiller. Malgré le soleil qui n'est pas présent, c'est une maison bien agréable à vivre.
