Maison a 2 etage dans un complexe de 46 maisons Tres sécurisé et jardins extrêmement bien entretenu Nous avions réservé pour 9 personnes La maison est plus destinée pour 6 adultes et 2 enfants grand max La.terrasse est vraiment petite etvle mobilier de terrasse vraiment insuffisant pour accepter 9 personnes pour le souper La maison n était vraiment pas propre du tout a notre arrivée Endroit très bien situé Piscine agréable Vue très jolie

casa en Manilva

La casa está muy bien , amplia con buenas vistas, para ir a la playa es necesario el desplazamiento en coche pero es una zona muy bonita, la propiedad ha estado siempre atenta y pendiente del teléfono, pero sin embargo ni siquiera eso ha servido para solucionar el que todas las sabanas colocadas en las camas eran las que habían usado los inquilinos anteriores, algo imperdonable en este nivel de alquiler por no decir en cualquiera. También, mi familia hemos estado cenando en la terraza y hemos conversado a un nivel normal de voz y sin embargo un vecino no nos lo permitia por que le molestaba. En fin dadas estas circunstancias no volveria nunca .

Very nice three floor villa with a great view over the Gibraltar Rock

Pros: Very spacious house with four large bedrooms and a lovely balcony on the ground floor. The balcony overlooks one of three pools available in the area. Nice beaches and cozy restaurants are nearby. The owner gives out a lot of information about the house once you have booked and is very easy to contact, should it be needed. The area is very well managed by local workers, such as lawn and trees. Cons: The house is situated very high up so we, who have a little girl in the family which isn’t so keen to walk so far had no opportunity to go down to the beach for example. so we always had to take the car when we were off to the beaches and restaurants. The pool maintenance was poor, it was cleaned only once during our two weeks. Overall it was a great experience during our two weeks in lovely Spain. So me and my family highly recommend this house and owner

The layout of the house is perfect for families or groups with the main and twin bedroom separated from the two double bedrooms by the ground floor giving you complete privacy.
