Warm house, between La Barra and José Ignacio

Small house, bright and very comfortable. With a large patio.
Ideal to concur as a couple, or with children.
The house is designed for two people, but could sleep 2 more people, on the sofa bed in the living room, 1 and a half square.
Very quiet area. About 10 blocks from "El Chorro" Beach and 13 from "Bikini" Near La Barra (4 km) and 17 km from Jose Ignacio.

We have wifi, Directv in the living room and all the amenities you need to rest!
Ideal to enjoy the outdoors, relaxing moments, sun, sitting on the spacious and warm deck or under the willow.
The house has a bedroom with a two-seater bed, 24-inch TV with Apple TV.
Bathroom Large kitchen, equipped and very comfortable, bar, living room with a sofa bed and a half to share a room with more guests, 48 inch TV with Directv (cable). Large desk 2 meters below the window. Air conditioner.

We have alarm with response, bars on all windows, and electric gate, so it is very safe.
Beautiful patio with large deck, with living-type armchairs, super enjoyable.
Grill with grill to enjoy an outdoor barbecue.
Area to leave cars, inside the closed yard.

The arrival and departure time is flexible, unless tenants enter or leave on the same day.

We include sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron for clothes and other appliances.
