Easy to reach and ideal to relax, taste the typical products and discover the small villages of the area.

The house is located in Orciano Pisano, a small town nestled in the Tuscan countryside just 15 km from the sea.
Recently renovated, the house is equipped with all the necessary comforts and is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor there is the living room, with a double sofa bed, and the kitchen equipped with accessories and appliances.
On the first floor we find the bathroom and the double bedroom.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking are free.

The access road leading to the house is private and is a few tens of meters from the main asphalted road.
There is the possibility of using the spaces in front of the house which has a parking space.

Nearby you can visit the Lama Tzong Kapa Institute, the Lake of Santa Luce and the Lipu Oasis, go on hikes in the woods and taste the farms.
The house is about 500 meters from the village where you can find: two bars, two grocery stores, a butcher's, a pizza restaurant, a self-service restaurant, the post office, the bank, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a clothing store and a fuel distributor.

Use of the car is required for travel.
The location is strategic, in fact, it is possible to reach the cities of:
- Livorno and Casciana Terme at 15 km
- Pisa, Volterra and Bolgheri at 30 km
- Lucca at 40 km
- San Gimignano 45 km
- Florence at 65 km
The nearest beaches are those of Livorno, Castiglioncello and Cecina, rich in attractions in the summer period.

War wirklich schön

Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage läuft 1a und ist in jeweils beiden Stockwerken vorhanden. Man braucht ein Auto, aber das sollte sowieso klar sein. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt!!!

Aufenthalt war super...

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Im Haus war alles was benötigt wurde und mehr (Vom Mückenschutz über Sandspielsachen für kleine Kinder, Eiswürfel im Eisfach vorbereitet, ein Obstkorb, Küche top eingerichtet, Creme für nach dem Sonnenbad und noch viel mehr...!!) Wir hatten alles für's erste Frühstück schon im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft. Und auch sonst , war alles zu unsere vollkommenen Zufriedenheit. Die Vermietern hat uns mehrmals Veranstaltungen in der Umgebung zukommen lassen und auch sonst sich sehr um uns bemüht. Es war einfach ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
