Duplex with 2 bedrooms, private terrace and free parking. It is well located in the historic centre on calle San Luis, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed of 150x190cm and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
From the living room, stairs lead up to the second bedroom and private terrace. There are two single beds of 80x190cm. One bed is stored underneath the other to save space. For groups of 4, we place the same single beds separated as shown in the pictures.
There is a toilet available inside the second bedroom.
Sliding doors open out to a large private terrace with table, chairs and a canopy.
The apartment is set on the second and third floors of a residential building, with elevator. Wifi internet connection and air conditioning with cooling and heating are included.
PARKING Free underground parking garage for SMALL vehicles. Maximum length recommended: 4.20m

Vacation in Seville
The apartment was perfect in all ways. My friend did have some difficulty accessing the apt. Initially but after that we had no problems. Location was central and convenient. I would recommend it to future travelers.
Pity that as we arrived late there was no milk etc in apartment for us to make refreshment. However cannot fault greeting from Marcus. Blessing having air con!!
Apartment spacious and comfortable .
Short of some kitchen equipment. Bed linen not right size for bed.
Terrace really appreciated .
Garage offer not viable for us couldnt get rental car into a very narrow entrance off a very narrow city street. Details about the garage need revision.

The only negative of the property is parking. Parking in the city is at a premium, if you can find it. Tge apartment comes with private parking, except we cound not fit a VW Golf in it and had to park in public garage 2 miles away. Make sure yiubare driving a Fiat size car. Otherwise, the apartment itself is excellent.
Appartamento con ogni comfort moderno, parcheggio. Un po' lontano a piedi dal centro e dalle attrazioni turistiche, ma tutto sommato raggiungibili in 25/30 minuti
Très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Séville à pieds
Appartement bien équipé et bien agencé.
Seul bémol le parking un peu difficile d'accès même avec une clio, il faut faire pas mal de manoeuvres. Heureusement il a le mérite d'être là car le parking dans la rue est inexistant dans tout le quartier.
Très agréable appartement, très confortable, très propre avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Très bien situé dans la vielle ville, proche du centre. Quartier très agréable avec un marché typique à proximité super sympa.
Une petite critique. L'immeuble dispose de quelques places de parking ce qui peut être très utile, sauf que l'agence devrait insister sur le fait que l'accès à l'ascenseur voiture est très serré et ne convient que pour des petits véhicules... Nous avions loué un véhicule de taille moyenne (selon critères loueurs) et impossible d'accéder au parking donc il a fallu se garer dans un parking public payant :(
