Fantastic Apartment

This apartment is just fantastic, spotlessly clean, spacious, beautiful and in a perfect central location. Louisa was so kind and welcoming and helped us with a passport drama when we arrived. She even allowed us to check out late. Really can’t believe our luck in finding this apartment. Would highly recommend it.

The owner refused to refund 1 night when I requested to change my dates well ahead of the modification/cancellation date. (6 nights instead of 7) In fact, they didn't respond for over a week until I tracked them down on another texting platform. They lied and said they required a 7 night stay (a 6 night is required), then they lied and said only VRBO is able to send money back. They didn't care what me or VRBO said. Horrible treatment of a customer. I should have canceled and rebooked with 1 less night, but I was too nice, thinking they would honor the agreement.The property was fine and right next to the train station, There is a good bit of street noise, but luckily only 1 bdrm is on that side. The mattress in the primary bedroom is like sleeping on the floor, very hard! I paid a lot for this property hoping for a good mattress for my back, but it made it worse. Even my husband was very uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep, it was very painful.

Great location with all the necessities

Location is absolutely perfect. Across from the train station, there are several cafe/grocery stores very close to get a morning coffee or pastry for starting your day. Everything you need. We did not cook but has all that you need if you did want to. Nice patio to enjoy. Three rooms for sleeping. One is a pullout couch. One shower and two bathrooms. Absolutely no complaints at all. Had a great stay.

Super great location

Enjoyed our stay in Sorrento. The apartment is really conveniently located to the train station as well as the bus station for day trip to Positano. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The first person who greeted us did not speak much English, but the second person who came htenext day, Louisa, was wonderful. We continued to experience outages of the hot water heater, but Louisa instructed us how to fix it. Also, we were not familiar with the type of coffee maker, but there is a wonderful coffee shop just down the street.

Located right by the Sorrento train station, this apartment is ideal. It is a very short walk to the main square of the city with all the shopping and restaurants. There are some nice cafes and bars on the same street as the apartment too. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and has a large refrigerator. There is air conditioning in 2 bedrooms as well. We were 3 family members and we each had a room. One room had a queen sized bed. Another room had a twin day-bed and the 3rd room had a queen pull-out sofa bed. It was a very comfortable place to stay while visiting the Amalfi Coast and I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful apartment!

The place we rented for 2 weeks was very comfortable and Disgustoids l spacious. The location is super convenient - right next to the train station, walking distance to Old Town and Port. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. We had to buy all our own basic amenities like napkins and soap for the dish washer, olive oil. But all appliances, AC, and Internet worked really well. We're very happy with our hosts!

IT WAS PERFECT!!

This could not have been better in any way. Our host was available and wonderful. Luisa thank you! Sorrento was beautiful, but your hospitality and your home made it even better. First of all, the location could not have been better. Close to everything. And huge! The property was super clean and large! The pictures do not do it justice. If we could give it 10 stars, I would give 12! Lori and I will be back. Thanks again!!!
