The apartment "the ancient walls" is located in a historic building of medieval origin, in one of the most suggestive corners of the city.
Inside it is still possible to observe the path of the old defensive walls. Another valuable detail is a splendid column in the center of the living room.
Located on the second floor with a lift, the 93 sqm apartment is comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are bright, thanks to high ceilings and large windows, which offer an excellent view of the characteristic square below.
The interior is composed of a living room with a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom. A corridor gives access to a double bedroom, a large bathroom and a single bedroom.
Newly renovated bathroom, new bedroom furniture and sofa bed and new mattresses.
The apartment is located in the historic center of civitavecchia, near the port and a step away from the market, with its typical colors and scents. In addition it is in the heart of the area where the greatest number of restaurants and clubs in the city are concentrated: a real food and drink district in Piazza Saffi. Via Monte grappa and via Trieste.

The property was located in the heart of Citavecchia within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Our host Fabrizio was amazing and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and overlooked the cobblestone street that was alive with restaurants, live music and appeared to be the hot spot for locals. An added bonus was a washing machine in the apartment and a fully equipped kitchen. We were also able to enjoy the local farmer’s market during our short stay. We were leaving on a cruise and spent a few days here before boarding. We will definitely stay again when in the area!!

Fabrizio makes every efforts to ensure his guests have an enjoyable visit to Civitavecchia. He communicates regularly with helpful information and suggestions. He picked us up promptly at the airport and helped us settle into the clean and spacious apartment. The restaurants on the street below can be lively on the weekends but the noise ended before midnight. Thank you for everything Fabrizio!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (11,16) unseren Aufenthalt in Civitaveccia in Fabrizios Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet (viel schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist). Die Lage ist mitten in der Altstadt, Supermarkt, Restaurants und ein tolles Cafe zum Frühstücken sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen, vielen Dank Fabrizio für den schönen Aufenthalt Anna, Stefan, Lasse und Filiz

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Top-Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche in Civitavecchia, um Freunde zu besuchen. Nicht nur die Nähe zu deren Wohnung hat uns von der Ferienwohnung absolut überzeugt. Sie ist hell, sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und trotz der Lage inmitten der belebten Altstatt und der Restaurants direkt darunter (die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock) nicht hellhörig. Das alte Gemäuer ist beeindruckend. Das Eingangsportal wunderschön historisch und generell alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Fabrizio, der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch, hat uns mit Aprikosen aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt und war jederzeit bei Fragen bzw. zum Ein- und Auschecken erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Doppelbett, eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen (im Aufenthaltsraum) sowie ein drittes Einzelbett in einem weiteren Zimmer. Eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Trocknungsständer waren vorhanden, welche wir gerne genutzt haben.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir durften als erste Gäste dieses Appartement benutzen und waren sehr angetan. Fabrizio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns bei allen Fragen vor Ort mir Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Die aktuell eingestellten Bilder der Wohnung geben nicht ganz den Eindruck wieder, den man hat, wenn man sie bewohnt. Die Wohnung ist schöner! Sie ist großzügig, hell und freundlich. Bei der Renovierung wurde darauf geachtet, dem Alter des Gebäudes gerecht zu werden. Man erkennt noch den Verlauf der alten Wehrgänge(??) und auch die Einrichtung passt dazu. Man befindet sich direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt von Civitavecchia, mit dem "Leben" direkt vor der Haustür, welches man von oben beobachten kann. Nur 500 Meter weiter befindet sich ein schöner Wochenmarkt, es gibt diverse Lebensmittelgeschäfte, unzählige Restaurants und in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß zum Hafen gelaufen. Uns (Familie mit 2 lebhaften Jungen) hat der Aufenthalt gefallen. Vielen Dank Fabrizio! Wir können Wohnung und Gastgeber sehr empfehlen Monika, Fernado, Daniel und Kawee
