From the living area and the entrance of the villa, direct access leads to the outdoor dining area. Here, impeccable sea views serve as a backdrop to every meal, creating a perfect setting for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening with the sound of the waves.

The fully equipped kitchen showcases the latest culinary technology, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a convenient wine cooler for those moments of relaxation.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are a hidden feature in the kitchen.

Moving one level down, the master bedroom awaits, featuring a private terrace and an ensuite bathroom that offers both a bathtub and a shower, along with double sinks and a toilet. Further another bedroom with separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

2. Separate guest area

The guest apartment, which can function as an independent holiday unit for example youngsters of the family, consists of two bedrooms.
One bedroom is complemented by its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The second bathroom has a shower and a sink.

From the guest apartment you step directly from the living area to the poolside paradise.

The outdoor space features a Jacuzzi and sparkling pool paved with modern style tiles and high-end loungers and seating creating a private oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool area is located towards south, consequently sun from dusk til dawn.

The suburb El Rosario is a family friendly residential area which has basic necessities as restaurants, bakery, café, supermarket, beauty salon, hairdresser, Pay & Play tennis and paddle courts and fitness studio and a playground for children.

We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 50. For 2 weeks is Euro 80 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. (a minimum of 4 persons). Ask the office.
