A fantastic modern Appartment with a 220sqm Internal Layout & a Large 50 sqm Back Yard with a BBQ Area.
The place is a few minutes from the promenade and very close to the sea.
Reachable by Bus & By Car which is 15 Minutes away from the airport.
Marsaskala is in the South of Malta with a lovely Promenade & Heartwarming Neighbors.
Few minutes by car you can reach;

× Marsaxlokk - A Picturesque locality
× Beaches - St Thomas Beach, Kalanka & Delimara
× Family Park which is a fantastic place for kids

The place is very nice with a backyard which can be used for entertainment as it offers a bbq facility which can easily be used in our lovely weather.
