Vacation house near Downtown Annapolis

Enjoy a weekend away in a secluded house in a lovely neighborhood right outside Annapolis. Our house is set back from the street on its own stretch of land. The house is perfect for any large get together with family or friends. Enjoy free use of wifi and television while watching movies or shows at night, and use the kitchen to make breakfast, dinner, lunch, or any snacks you may fancy. The fully finished basement is perfect for use as a man cave, game and play room, or to sleep all the kids who you want out of your hair. If you like outdoor activities, take a hike on the trails through the seven acres of forest in the backyard or use our kayaks to float the South River that our property touches. You could also take the kids to the neighborhood playground/park or to the community dock a short walk across the field. Other options for fun include touring Downtown Annapolis, or taking a day trip into D.C. (Less than an hour drive). Whatever your idea of fun is, we will be glad to be your host!

Great house in Riva!

This house was perfect for us. Lots and lots of room, really well appointed, everything we were looking for. The house is in a neighborhood but it's set back so it is like your out in the woods.

Great property with everything you need

This property has tons of space. Lots of room outside for kids to hang out, easy walk to the bay, great basement set up and workout room. Plenty of bedrooms and space. Kitchen is fully stocked and the hosts provided extras of anything we may have forgotten. Definitely will be coming back!

Ample room for lots of people with a perfect "hanging" out space!

This property was clean and the beds were all extremely comfortable. The house is very large and gave each of the 10 women in our party plenty of space to find a quiet reading spot as well as gather in a large living room. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where there are safe roads for morning walks, and is a short walk to the dock. Note: the dock is not accessible during high tide. The house also had a pool table and a foosball table that we never had time to use! But it is nice that they were available. Owners respond promptly to emails and texts. We would consider this rental again.

Fantastic house for group

Our group of 10 adults thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this property. There was an issue with the septic system but property manager responded quickly and resolved the problem. House was clean, comfortable, beautiful and proximity to Annapolis made this the ideal place for our weekend gathering.

Family gathering

House worked great for our family gathering of 12 plus an infant. Owners were very responsive. We had family coming in from all over and were able to get in early. They started us with morning essentials such as eggs, cream, butter bagels, juice plus more! Saved us an immediate run to the store. House is very roomy and had way more space than we needed but enjoyed! Definitely recommend it. Went into DC and to Annapolis with ease. Saw deer in the back yard!

Great experience at a fantastic house

Fantastic long weekend at a beautiful location. We all enjoyed the house very much. It was well furnished with everything needed and more. It was delightful to walk down to the water. The owner was helpful and readily available. A great time had by all.

Exactly what we were looking for

Beautiful, spacious property close to Annapolis. Transportation to USNA was not a major issue. If you're looking for a place for a larger group during commissioning week, we highly recommend you consider this.

Plenty of bedrooms , large back yard

The house would have been perfect for our 7 adults and 6 children in terms of beds especially with the 3 twin bed room and the 2 twin bed room. However, the basement should not be included in the rental until the mildew and cat urine/dander problems have been eliminated. This includes one bathroom, a queen bedroom, the 3 twin bed room, and the hide-a-bed couch in the living area there. There is a strong air freshener intermittently sending out bursts of a strong scent but it does not eliminate the problem. We had asthma attacks and one child got hives. After two nights, we moved the people in the basement upstairs and children had to sleep on the floor while two adults slept on couches. Tori provided a terrific start for breakfast and some snacks. This would have been a five-star stay if there were no problem with the basement. I downgraded the cleanliness because of the problems in the basement.

Beautiful home! Warm and welcoming!

Property was delightful. We were hosting out of town guests for our daughter's wedding. We had a young family staying and their little guy was entertained for hours watching the koi in the pond! House was quiet and well cared for. Everything was lovely and functioning. Would definately use the property again when company is in town.

Amazing weekend near Annapolis!

Tori and Jeremiah were unbelievable hosts! They went above and beyond with everything. The house is amazing. Comfortably slept 16 for a weekend golf outing. They provided sheets, towels, and even some food to get us started for the weekend! They were available at all times when I needed to ask them something and the hospitality was unmmatched! I highly recommend this property for a weekend trip or any type of group/family event near Annapolis! Huge backyard with plenty of space for family/friends! Thanks!!

Great House! We'll surely be coming back!

Tori is awesome! She replies fast if we have questions during our stay. They baked us homemade cinnamon buns waiting for us on our arrival day! House is huge and we were all comfortable... the only idownside is that we have to do a long walk to access their community dock... it would be better if they have their own dock but overall, we really enjoyed our short stay!

What makes this property unique

Our property has unique benefits for several reasons. First, it is close to many cities and attractions, such as Annapolis, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Six Flags, and all of the activities these cities have to offer. Secondly, even though it is close to all these places, it is set back from the neighborhood we live in so that there is also plenty of privacy. Finally, the house and property is also large enough to host large groups of people so that you can enjoy all of these amenities with all of your friends and family!
