2 large double bedrooms on the first floor with access to terrace, large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The main house has air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and the living room.
The independent apartment consists of an open kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. 2 double bedrooms located on the first floor.
It has air conditioning on both floors.
Nice plot of 480m. Fully fenced, artificial grass, children's play area, barbecue area, pergola, porch and original 3.5 x 6 pool.
The villa has security bars on the windows and free Wi-Fi

Great property in a quiet neighborhood

The property was nice and comfortable for two families. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to local beaches. A general store and a cafe walking distance. The property itself was well equipped but could use some upgrading and cleaning. The pool was cleaned regularly. The property manager super responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great stay.
