Bien dans l’ensemble mais manque d’entretien comme c’est dans la plupart des locations mauriciennes.Attention : pas de cafetière !!! Pas de séchoir à cheveux comme annoncéPas 1 feuille de papier toilette à notre arrivée le 1er janvier et le supermarché était fermé. Heureusement j’avais pris mes précautions et en avait emmené 1 rouleau !!!!Pas de produits d’entretien ni même sel et poivre !!!! J’avais demandé au propriétaire son mail ou son téléphone car on en avait besoin pour remplir le formulaire d’entrée â Maurice mais celui-ci n’a jamais répondu ; j’ai dû m’arranger…

Appartement très bien situé a 10mn de la mer, 15m du " winners " ( petit super marché). L'aménagement un peux vieillot mais reste fonctionnel a part la sdb porte de cabine de douche vraiment tres petite ouverture tres difficile. Helena la petite gardienne est vraiment très sympathique et disponible. Le propriétaire absent et ne repond pas aux appels....Nous avons eu le passage du cyclone " Belalle" qui nous a obligés a être confiné sans eau et électrique . Oufff tout cest bien passé. Ce qui est positif nous avons passés un tres bon séjour.

L'appartement calme est situé dans une résidence gardiennée jour et nuit à 3 mn à pieds de la plage. La terrasse au rez de chaussée donne sur le parking. Vous avez canal+ et la wifi. A 3 mn vous avez un bar ouvert à 17h super sympa le Cloud

Nous avons été victimes d'un problème d'électricité dans l'appartement et bien que nous l'ayons signalé au propriétaire, nous sommes restés sans nouvelles de celui-ci et avons dû nous loger dans une autre location.

Appréciation

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Rien à dire, propreté nickel, propriétaire très accueillant et extrêmement sympa, logement à 2mn de la plage. L'appartement est très spacieux et le quartier est très calme, avec un gardien de sécurité. Rapport qualité-prix vraiment excellent. Je recommande fortement !!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!
