Bruksvillan - holiday accommodation for 2-3 families or larger parties

The utility villa in Östanå has 5 twin beds and a quadruple room, a total of 14 beds with the possibility of more. In total, the tenant disposes of about 500 square meters. In the outer terrain there is a recreation room with fireplace, two shower rooms with two showers and a toilet and sauna. Upstairs is a spacious kitchen with restaurant dishwasher, stove, two ovens and other kitchen and serving equipment for parties up to 50 people. There is a dining room and a living room with magnificent views towards Helge å where Bruksvillan has its own bathing jetty. On the other side of the river is a beach suitable for children and the elderly. There are several patios on the grounds and a large, oval trampoline. The plot is fenced and suitable for dogs. Parking space for five-six cars.
From time to time Bruksvillan has operated as a guest house / B&B. It was built in the 1960s as a residential villa for the paper mill. The house is built in the 60s style and has many time-honored details well preserved.
The surroundings offer nice hiking trails and cycle paths through the beautiful forests of Göingebygden, small villages and cultural historical monuments. The nearest railway station is in Osby, 8 km from Östanå. There, as in Broby in the opposite direction, there are shops and other services. A couple of km upstream from Bruksvillan is Denningsum's farm with exotic and domestic animals, rental of floats and canoes as well as a popular lunch buffet.
