Villa in the heart of the Langhe with swimming pool, panoramic terrace and green area
The Residence Masnaiot is composed of 4 studios located in the same building (obtained from an old primary school), a garden with swimming pool, a panoramic terrace and a green area behind the parking area where you can relax and organize splendid picnics or bird watching. Each apartment has a kitchen, TV and independent bathroom. The apartments (all with independent entrance) are connected by a corridor and an internal staircase. On the upper floor, in addition to the largest apartment, there is the reception, the panoramic terrace and the apartment where my partner Simona and I live, always available for any information and help. On the lower floor there is a laundry area equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
