Summary:

Sit down to breakfast at a live-edge table in a nook of the kitchen featuring classic wood floors and granite surfaces. Head out to a shared terrace to relax in the sun amid tropical foliage before jumping into the pool for a swim.



The Space:

Villa 7 at Villas by the Cove is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Villa located just steps from two of South Maui's most popular white sand beaches. Newly remodeled, and conveniently located, this 600 sq. ft. single story 1 bedroom villa offers ocean views, privacy and comfort set back in a tropical lush garden filled with mango and palm trees.



This Villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private lanai, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room.



Sleeps 2 adults on a king bed that can be reconfigured in two twin beds upon request and sleeps one adult or two small children on a full-size sofa bed in the living room.



This villa is conveniently supplied with all of your travel-related “extra” needs such as an iron and ironing board, Tupperware, wine glasses, dishwasher soap capsules, beach towels, and clothes drying rack for wet swimsuits after playing in the ocean across the street.



Basics such as plush bath towels, linens, kitchen rags, Nespresso and drip coffee machines, a set of travel size shampoo and soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, and olive oil are provided as well.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of Villa 7, including the private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and covered lanai.

Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.

Two beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons or body surf in The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street, about a one minute walk from the property front gate.



Getting Around:

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.



Other Things to Note:

Guests have access to our complimentary private Concierge service for assistance with arranging group activities such as luau's, whale watching and snorkel boat tours, private chefs/caterers, pre-arrival grocery service, in-residence spa services and group transportation.
