First, the apt does not have A/C and that should be indicated on VRBO.
The apt needs to have lamps in the dining room and in the bedroom. The pillows were old and uncomfortable. The utensils in kitchen were not adequate and I had to ask for a new frying pan and new oil because it was expired. In general they need to pay more attention to all of these details before putting the apt for rent.

It’s important to understand that we all have our own necessities in our house, this is a full equipped apartment, those special requirements are just “special needs” for this specific guest. We are not going to get all we have in our house, we cover all the necessary equipment to be comfortable. She requested new pans and changing the tv controls because she had no idea on how to use it. The receptionist came a couple of times to configure the tv because she don’t know how to use it.
