Modern duplex apartment with sea and mountain views

Whether you're looking for a beach holiday, a base for touring or a few rounds of golf on the many local golf courses, this could be the place for you. Just a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beach and La Cala.

Close to the heart of lovely La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol and just a half hour drive from Malaga airport, this modern duplex apartment has an open plan living and dining area with separate, well-equipped kitchen and guest WC. Outside there is a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals and drinks while enjoying the views across to the mountains and down to the sea.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed with ample wardrobe and drawer space and en suite bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has plenty of storage space for clothes. Both bedrooms have blackout shutters for a good night's sleep. There is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The complex has a beautiful pool area including a children's pool, all with great views.

The apartment is located in a secure, gated complex.

A private, outdoor parking space is available.

Facilities include: free high-speed WiFi, cable television with international channels (UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, etc.), DVD player with a selection of DVDs, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven.

alojamiento perfecto, totalmente equipado aire acondiciona en todas las habitaciones,cocina súper equipada, dos terrazas con unas vistas maravillosas a la sierra de mijas ya la mar de Alborá, garaje súper amplio y cómodo. Por poner un pero la nevera no tiene congelador.
