Apartment with beautiful terrace on the seafront

Could not be closer to the sea: at high tide the terrace overlooking the beach becomes the bow of a boat! More in the center of Coutainville, it is not possible either: everything is close at hand: restaurants, bars, shops, tennis, casino, even golf. In short, a great spot when you love the view and life. Nice apartment on the seafront, in the center of Coutainville, with a very large terrace overlooking the beach (no road to cross to go to the beach!).
When the sea is high, sit on the terrace, facing the sea, and watch the sun go down west ... an unforgettable experience.
There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed (be careful, access by miller's ladder to the mezzanine! ), a living room with a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower.
Beautiful terrace facing the sea with table, chairs, deckchairs.
The kitchen equipment is complete (dishwasher). A washing machine is also available.
Sheets are provided ... and beds are made upon arrival.
Note: the apartment occupies the 2nd and last floor alone; therefore no neighbors nor high above, neither on the right, nor on the left.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Einmaliger Blick auf das Meer mit der schönen Dachterrasse. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Es war ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Mooi en smaakvol ingericht en compleet appartement met een uitzonderlijk mooi uitzicht. Winkels, bakker en restaurants om de hoek. Ideaal. Aanrader om echt van te genieten. Een minpuntje: de vide (met het derde bed) is te laag om te kunnen staan. Daar moet je even rekening mee houden . Dus niet geschikt voor senioren.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer mit traumhaftem Blick! Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Das Doppelzimmer oben ist nur für Kinder geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief unproblematisch und war sehr nett!

Strandnahe und gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Strandpromenade gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Man ist nur einen Katzensprung von den Restaurants entfernt und auch weitere Geschäfte sind in Laufnähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man kann es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon gemütlich machen und die Gezeiten beobachten.
