Villa Aldo is located in the small Istrian village of Puntera, near Barban.
It was built in 1938 by the hands of my grandfather with large stone walls, in the highest part of the village at 230 m above sea level, near the church of the Holy Trinity.
It was renewed in 2018 in order to preserve the spirit of the Istrian tradition by adding all the comforts that a modern life offers.
In these 80 years, from generation to generation we have enjoyed and enjoy the coolness of the stone walls overlooking Barban, Učka and Raša.
The house is surrounded by centuries-old trees scattered on a large garden of 2,500 m2.
It is developed on two floors; on the ground floor, beyond the entrance there are two living rooms (one can be converted into a bedroom), a kitchen with dining room, a utility room and a spacious bathroom with tub.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and super comfortable mattresses.
Two or more cars can be parked in front of the house in the garden and outside there is another shaded parking.
From the garden you can enjoy an excellent view; you can laze on the sofas in the shade in the gazebo, or cook on the back barbecue.
