Modern and ultra-contemporary design blends with an island-inspired vibe inside and out in this unique North Forest Beach beauty. An Ikea-model home outfitted with all the fixtures, furnishings, and bedding from Ikea is a mirror image of its neighbor, 3 Heron. Together, these homes are perfect for a multiple-family getaway or group destination. Connecting the two homes is an outdoor space like no other. Each has a pool and hot tub that runs from under the sun to the shade of under the home. At the center of it all is a long fire pit with streamlined and striking seating on either side and a grassy lawn perfectly outfitted for cornhole. The beach and popular Coligny area are a short flip-flop walk away.

Great property for large group

This was our second annual visit to this property. We had 15 people between the two homes and it was awesome. The house had a few maintenance issues - burned out light bulbs, a broken sprinkler pipe that created a big puddle in the courtyard and the electrical outlets built into the kitchen island countertop are pretty much impossible to get open at this point. Small issues compared to the overall property value.

Great beach house for family getaway!

This was a wonderful beach house for staying with our family in Hilton head (4 adult couples, 1 child). We all enjoyed having our own bathrooms and queen/king beds for all the adults, and having 2 living spaces was a great layout for people wanting to stay up late/be up early without disturbing anyone else. It was a great location with a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The property managers were great to communicate and work with. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Spring Break with kids

We rented this house with friends and had a great time. The property managers were very helpful and accommodating. The walk to the beach is shorter than it looks on a map and the street is very quiet. We opted to have the pool heated because temps were in the 50's at night and 70's during the day. The water stayed at a perfect 88 degrees. The house was very clean but could use a coat of paint everywhere inside. You can tell it has been well used but everything worked well and was in good shape. Would stay here again for sure.

Great property with plenty of space. Love the neighborhood and close access to beach, biking trails and shops. 5th bedroom beds were a little tight for my 6’ and 6’3” teens but they managed! Love having the extra living space on second floor for the night owls. Plenty of items to cook all your meals.
