This lovely little cottage is open plan with stunning panoramic views over the reservoir to the Solway and beyond. It's an idyllic retreat for two and very popular with couples looking for a romantic honeymoon or mini-moon.

Gill Cottage is full of charm and character and boasts exposed beams as well as a woodburning stove to keep you toasty. In the lounge there is a 40" HD TV, a DVD player and a bluetooth enabled sound system. Double patio doors lead out onto an enclosed garden with private hot tub, hardwood garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can make the most of the wonderful views together.

Its kitchen is well equipped with an electric fan oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.

There is one galleried double bedroom with a super-king bed and en-suite bathroom and Gill Cottage also has a separate shower room downstairs.

There is private parking, right outside the cottage door and Gill Cottage is pet friendly too.
