In Greece, on the beautiful island of Crete, in the middle of the Mediterranean, in Aghia Marina, one of the most idyllic sites of the Chania area, we’ve built 2 new villas. The Blue Villas, which were designed in detail with your comfort as our goal, promise you unique, relaxing and carefree holidays. With the sea at your feet, it’s the perfect scene for quiet and rejuvenating moments under the sun, viewing the Cretan Sea, the sandy beach and the small but charming “Aghion Theodoron” island.

You are being offered the opportunity to visit well known local holiday attractions, such as the enchanting beach of Falasarna, the exotic Elafonissi, or picturesque villages like Paleachora and Sougia. Furthermore, you will get the chance kato check out the cosmopolitan side of Crete, since this area hosts some of the most renowned night clubs of the island. Simultaneously, the area offers you a variety of taverns, international and Mediterranean cuisine, and gourmet restaurants.

Blue Villa II has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with TV and Home Cinema (DVD), a fireplace, and a comfortable sleeper-sofa. From the balcony you can enjoy the endless blue of the sky and the sea. Blue Villa II can host 4+1 guests.

Beautifull apartment with extreme view on the area

Location is excellent , a mini market is nearby, sandy beach is 100 m away ,many beachbars and restaurants. Also is in quiet neighborhood and very safe. Markos was very helpfull.

few minor shortcomings but a Lovely view

The apartment is fairly new, well decorated and equipped with a very good sized balcony providing a superb view over the resport and the sea. the apartment living space is on the small side for a 2 bedroomed apartment and unfortunately neither the living space nor the living space offered comfortable seating and if this point was addressed I would have given 5 stars. The shower always provided plenty of hot water and the washing machine was a bonus. The location set back from the main drag does involve a steep climb and the apartment is not suitable for either elderly or anyone with mobility difficulties, but view soon makes you forget the climb. The nearby Hotel Theo was open to non residents and has a lovely pool area an well priced bar and dining area, our favorite resturant was the Meltme which is right on the beach and provided a very good choice, the nearby sportsbar was very welcoming and provide sun beds on the beach. A very good holiday

Ottimo e conveniente

La nostra e' stata una vacanza in famiglia con 2adulti e 2 ragazzi di 18e14 anni. Felicissimi della nostra scelta nell'appartamento ho trovato ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentilissimo l'affittuario e sempre molto disponibile. L'appartamento è all'ultimo piano di una casa contigua in zona residenziale molto tranquilla circondata da altri appartamenti e hotel. Lo stabile e' nuovo, per raggiungere l'appartamento vi è una scala di ferro , quindi non è adatto a ev. portatori di handicapp, e' arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto il necessario, è composto da 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali e un ampio terrazzo anche quello ben attrezzato, dal quale si può godere di una stupenda vista mare. Vi sono condizionatori e TV in ogni locale e l'apertura delle tapparelle e' elettrica, viene pulito 2 volte la sett. con cambio biancheria. A pochi metri vi e' un negozietto fornitissimo di ogni cosa e con prezzi abb. convenienti. Il mare si può raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti ma vi sono una 10 di metri di discesa/salita molto ripida in quanto lo stabile si trova in una via secondaria rispetto a quella principale che accede al mare e alle spiagge che sono organizzate con ombrelloni e sdraio ecc Il paese di Ag. Marina non è grande ma è comunque fornito di tutto ed e' contiguo a quello più grande di Platanias, più organizzato e con molta vita, l'ideale sarebbe avere l'auto ma ci si muove bene anche con i mezzi. L'organizzazione della zona ricorda molto la riviera romagnola. Noi l'abbiamo usato come base d'appoggio per recarci alle numerosissime e fantastiche spiagge più note che sono nella regione di Hania, che con l'auto si raggiungono agevolmente in quanto vi è vicino l'imbocco di una superstrada. Noi siamo rimasti felicissimi di questa vacanza e la consigliamo! Se proprio vogliamo trovare una nota negativa l'appartamento non è ben segnalato con cartelli e purtroppo il navigatore che avevamo noi non prendeva le coordinate forniteci (che però erano corrette) e quindi abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare la casa ma l'affittuario è stato cortesissimo e c'è venuto a prendere, inoltre viene fornita una sola chiave per la questione di contenere i costi di un ev. condizionatore acceso anche quando si è fuori e se si vogliono fare uscire differenti all'interno del nucleo famigliare è un po' più complicato, inoltre attenzione a non dimenticarla dentro in quanto la porta si chiude senza bisogno della chiave! A noi e' capitato ma gentilmente sono venuti ad aprirci.

Blue weather at blue villas, but still a good stay

Property clean and as advertised; set back from the main drag, which we appreciated. Small mini mart a few metres from the gate for basics and a supermarket nearby on the main road. Balcony spacious with a magnificent view and sunshine from morning to evening. Both double bedrooms comfortable with satellite TV in each. Bathroom fine, although one quibble might be somewhat lacklustre water pressure in the shower. Small one sided galley kitchen perfect for our needs, with all we needed. Beach gorgeous and so near it was hard to consider travelling elsewhere, but as it rained....we explored Chania, including the maritime museum, went wine tasting at Manousakis winery (excellent) went to the botanical gardens (great restaurant) and visited the WW2 German cemetery at Maleme. Markos, the owner was helpful and communicative prior to arrival, met us and was helpful once we arrived. Recommended.

Blue Villas are 20 meters above the sea level and the view from there is absolutely magnificent. Blue Villas are not by the busy main road but in a road above that witch makes it more quiet and more private.
